Remember that garments that are not in immediate stock may have a delay of up to 10 days, in which case you will be notified when you add your product to the cart.

After using the payment gateway, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that we are processing your order. No data from your card is stored on our site.

 Orders will be processed during business hours and working days. Being these from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 19:00 (UTC-3) except for non-working holidays.

We ship in Uruguay through Uruguayan Post and DAC, and to the whole world through Uruguayan Post and FedEx.

Orders in the country will be processed within 72 business hours after receipt of the order. If the shipment is through DAC, they will be delivered within 24 hours or the next business day after notification of the dispatch of the purchase. If the shipment is through the Uruguayan Post, they will be delivered up to 5 business days after notification of the dispatch of the purchase.

The shipping cost is not included in the price of the garment in any case, so it will be an additional cost at the exclusive expense of the customer. It will depend on the shipping method and the company chosen by the client (Uruguayan Mail or DAC).

As soon as you send your purchase to the courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Each order can be delivered in a single place, once dispatched, the order cannot be re-directed.

Shipments abroad are made within 72 business hours after receipt of the order (this is if the garment is part of our immediate stock). The cost of shipping outside Uruguay is not included in the price of the garment in any case, so it will be an additional cost at the exclusive expense of the client. It will depend on the shipping method and the company chosen by the client (Uruguayan Mail or FedEx)

LOST FANTASY is not responsible for the legal regulations, customs costs and import price of each country (take this into account before making your purchase), our international clients are responsible for the costs and delays that these may generate. We do not accept returns due to customs taxes.

Indicatively, from the moment the shipment is dispatched, by means of a confirmation email, until it reaches the corresponding address, the order can take up to 5 business days inclusive to arrive within Uruguay and from 7 to 20 business days in the Foreign.

Changes and returns within Uruguay will be allowed up to 15 days after the product is delivered, at our premises located in Charrúa 2150 bis, or through the same shipping systems offered, the return journey being the responsibility of the buyer.

Our products are subject to extensive quality controls. In case of receiving a faulty garment, in poor condition, or with manufacturing errors, contact us so that we can resolve the problem.

In case that it is our responsibility, we will make the corresponding return or exchange.

LOST FANTASY is not responsible for damages after the product is used, nor for damages caused by maintenance and care.
